Thank you for keeping it updated on here JW, this may be the only way that we know what it is like Well you could always downloand the episodes, but the copies on the net are not the greatest encodes out there. So hopefully we'll be able to get them on DVD after the season has aired. I know that I'm going to be keeping an eye out for them.

Sorry to those who are fans of this show but I've been suffering through it since the premier and I've got to say that it's one of the most muddled series I've ever watched (and I survived TWIN PEAKS).
There's a recap episode this week that's supposed to help make sense of things, I hope so because I'm so ready to give up on this show, it gives me a head-ache and I won't miss it if it never comes back.
I can see why SCI-FI has passed, few Programmers want to sit through a show they can't understand.

Sorry to hear that you are having troubles with the series, I find that a show has to be really complicated like in the nth degree for me to start having troubles with it. Twin Peaks Was a really weird and bizarre. Though as for the intelligence of TV programmers I tend to find that it doesn't matter what network they work for none of then can really understand Sci-fi or Fantasy.

Thank you for taking the comments in the spirit they were intended. I stopped participating on the CJ threads on the SPACE board because of how abusive that DMc fellow gets towards anyone who isn't in absolute praise of CJ. I'm sure for many people it will be a wonderful experience, I just felt in the interest of fairness people should know its a tough story line to follow. For some, that's a bigger selling point, but it should be known. Thank you again Jabberwocky, and good health.

Well everyone is different, each with a valid view. I don't see your statements as being negative. But yeah I feel your pain when it come to posting something and someone goes postal. People like that need to be avoided at all cost, they only take away the experence of posting to message boards aas being a positive one.

Yeah, well, the worst part is that the guy who goes postal is one of the writers of the show, which is doing nothing to make me watch it.

This sounds like an interesting show. I don't know why SciFi isn't picking up more of these shows. I understand there were problems concerning price with Dr. Who and showing reruns of older versions of the show, but some of these others it doesn't make sense. Considering SciFi has a limited budget one would think they would be more likely to pick up shows that have already been produced and show them during the summer. I know a number of the networks don't like to air shows made in other countries now but I would hope smaller places like SciFi wouldn't follow this policy.

IMPoster I am glad that you feel welcome enough here to post your thoughts whether they are good or bad there is always 2 sides to any show and not everyone likes the same thing.
Quest I understand your thoughts on the way that shows are being made public here. I really think that if you put 25 programmers in one room they might come out with not one show worth my time to watch.

EP111: “ Thicker Than Water ” June 18, 2005 8PM ET|5PM PT When a reservoir mysteriously dries up, Lubinsky and Gemma help Charlie break into Galt’s boardroom to search for answers; 01’s recent absence makes him a prime suspect in the death of a bar patron.
I still haven't seen this episode, a friend that is downloading the episodes for me since I can't watch them on TV at this time.
EP112: “ Choosing Sides ” June 25, 2005 8PM ET|5PM PT Charlie is torn between his obligation to save Betaverse, and getting back home to Jasmine; 01 is a hunted man; Reena wrestles with her mission to take down Vexcor.
This is a great lead up episode for episode 113, O1 is arrested by the local police in Betaverse, and Charlie goes in to get his hands on him. But while impersonate an FBI the police detective Blues Paddock figures out that Charlie is not who he is pretending to be. During this Vexcor also send a team in to get 01. Still Charlie manages to get 01 out when the Vexcor team tried to knockout the police stations staff. Once Charlie got 01 someplace where he could info out of him, and at the end of the episode Charlie lets 01 go to take him somewhere.
EP113: “ Through A Mirror Darkly” July 2, 2005 8PM ET|5PM PT Charlie and 01 go head-to-head in a cat and mouse game between captor and captive; Reena blackmails a disloyal Vexcor executive into revealing the Company’s secrets; forced back into a life of prostitution, Jasmine snaps when a client pushes her to the edge of sanity.
Well this episode jumps a round a bit, but starts off where the last episode, and then we start to see what Charlie did to 01 to get the information out of him. After all this is done 01 takes Charlie back to his bar to prove to Charlie everything that he told him. So we find out that all this time 01 has been keeping Vexcor from completing the gatway because once its open Betaverse would be destroyed all this time. Also to note Reena the woman from Gamma confronts one of the Vexcor execs in Beta, and forces him to email out evidence of Vexcor polluting practices. During this she gets locked in the execs office where there is a bomb which she disables, from this we also find out that there may be another universe, because Vexcor examined the bomb and found that the matterial of the bomb is not from Alpha, Beta, and Gamma.

I know that I'm a fan of this show, but I think that I may have come up with a plot hole for this show. If they need a gate open on each universe to travel I.E. to go from Alpha to Beta you have to have a gate in each turned on, then how did Vexcor send its people over to Betaverse so set up a Vexcor there and build a gate to connect the two veres. Well hopefully they will come up with something to answer this one.

Well I have finally managed to catch up with my episode so far. my only problem was that I didn't watch these three episodes in the right order. I ended up seeing them in the order of 14, 16, qnd 15. So while watching episode 16 I was a little lost. I have to say I think that things are starting to come together and I'm looking to see how things start to move, what with 01 not being able to travel between the different 'verses, and Charlie now being able to. As well who are these other people at also seem to be able to also travel with out a gateway and are also trying to stop Vexcor.
Episode 14 The Enemy of My Enemy Lubinsky convinces Charlie to seek out Norman Ord, a frightened Company executive who originated some leaked documents about Vexcor's corrupt environmental track record. When Charlie learns that Ord's been working with Reena, he tracks down the "New Face of Terror" - but not before she kills Porter and the security team who have been on her tail since finding a sophisticated explosive device in the Vexcor boardroom. At first, Charlie believes he has a new ally in the war against Vexcor, but Reena's behaviour suddenly takes a violent turn. From his own days in the Alphaverse military, Charlie realizes she's been programmed with the embedded personality of a fierce killer with a hidden agenda and, until he can figure out a way to circumvent the programming, she must be considered a danger to all in her path.
Episode 15 Things Unseen Blues knows she should arrest Charlie for his deceit, but what she really wants is for this intriguing man to pull back the curtain on Vexcor. As they peel back the layers of the Vexcor machine together, Charlie and Blues are drawn to each other - until one fated "morning-after" when Blues saves Charlie from Vexcor's hired genetically modified hunter, Shikari. Charlie decides to tell all - leaving Blues to wonder if Charlie is insane, or the information in Krogg's report is true. Meanwhile, Lubinsky convinces Reena that she's been embedded with a computer program that takes her over. So she hunts down and shoots Malachi, the man she holds responsible. But things are not as they seem: Reena's gun has not been fired, and Malachi is not dead. It seems the program's failsafe has worked as planned. Meanwhile, Sew Sew Tukarrs confronts Essa Rompkin with his theory about the missing Vexcor executives - that she murdered them to provide Brion Boxer his life-saving blood transfusions. But Essa knows about his relationship with Jasmine, a C3 with an illegal chip upgrade, and blackmails Tukarrs into joining Vexcor security rather than risk Jasmine's exposure
Episode 16 The Shortening of the Way. With the genetically enhanced hunter ever on his trail, Charlie seeks help from a Muti shaman for his debilitating visions. The exercise takes him into the desert to find young Jody and, finally, to the shocking realization that by embracing the visions he can travel whenever and wherever he wants. By the time the hunter tracks Charlie to the desert, Charlie has gone on to a world far beyond her reach. Meanwhile, haunted by the insidious programmed personality buried within her, Reena turns to Lubinsky for help. Compassion outweighing fear, Lubinsky sends her to see 01 Boxer for exorcism. Reena is stunned to learn that the great man she knew from Gammaverse is in Betaverse, but when she meets him at The Glass Door, she gets neither the welcome nor the help she'd hoped for. Back in Alphaverse, Tukarrs' search for the truth about the missing Vexcor executives jeopardizes his budding relationship with Jasmine.
