I got this for my husband for christmas and you can imagine what we have been watching for the last few day's!!! Can anyone here tell me which way the episodes should be watched I know that In the Begging should be watched first then The Gathering but the last 3 seem to jump all over the place--we have The River of Souls,A call to Arms, and Third Space.

Out of those this is the order...to me anyway...I think watching it in this order makes sense...with the movie collection it does jump all over...the gathering is the B5 pilot....a 2 part episode
Babylon 5: In the Beginning....Covers the Earth-Minbari War
The Gathering
Thirdspace...Chronologically, the movie takes place during season four, after "Into the Fire." The River of Souls....takes place six months into 2263.
A Call to Arms...spawned Crusade series

I knew that In the beginning, should be first as it is all the Earth/Minbar Warthen I knew the second one should have been the pilot episode, thank you for the info on the others- I was trying to watch them in some simbalance of order,as by themselves they don't make awole lot of sense.

True that is the time line for the stories, but I feel that when watching the movies that the Gathering should be watched first and the In the Beginning should be watched last. mainly due to that In the Beginning is filled with way to many spoilers for everything else, thereby taking away from teh mystery of the story of the series.
