I havenn't seen to much of the show myself, I just don't have the time to keep up with it, and I just haven't been able to get into the series well enough to try to.

Yeah, I've watched it. It is actually very well written and the characters have developed well. I wasn't a fan to begin with but I persevered because I'm interested in scripts as an adjunct to writing.
Here's a thought. They are all dead but don't know it. They are living in the equivelent of the old Sunday School purgatory - the island, because that's where they crashed. One or two at a time will be killed off and eventually only the Angel of Death will be left and that is...?
Well, it sounds good!

Hey Tish, Lost is a show that is about a group of people who survive a plain crash, and you see what happens to them. Think Lord of the Flies, but with adults. www.tvtome.com/Lost/

Welcome to the ATF forum!!! Alway's nice to see new faces on here It is a television show, I think the UK has it. here is the show description. Forty-eight people have survived a horrific plane crash in the South Pacific -- but they were 1,000 miles off course when it happened, so no one knows where they are. What's more the remote island is home to some mysterious things lurking in its interior. and there is a yahoo page for it at, tv.yahoo.com/tvpdb?id=1808581402&d=tvi&cf=0

As last season ended, we found out about the "tailies" or others who survived the plane crash who were in the tail section. What was spent on the first group of survivors that took a whole season, they caught up with what had happened with the "tailies" in one episode. They really should have given more attention to this group of people as now it's difficult to understand how they will fit in with the group everyone has come to know.
I found out about the "tailies" when I saw Evangeline Lilly on a talk show. The "tailies" is exactly the way they are depicted in the script. The part that the actors on whom the show focused the entire first season enjoy is that they are now getting to play in Hawaii a bit while the "tailies" are working.
Is Walt dead or alive? Poor Shannon's brother died the first season, and now Shannon has been killed off - so much for that family. The still burning question is "Who Are The Others"?

I can't wait for this show to come back on. I think it's Jan. 11th @ 9, but they are showing something else at 8 pm (maybe a recap?). I'll have to investigate further. The Others are one of the biggest mysteries to me. They do not make a sound, but certain survivors have heard their whispering voices. It gives it a very supernatural/parallel dimension feel.

They have just finished our first series on UK TV with the boat just being launched and the hunt for the dinamite at 'Black Rock'. It is an excellent series and I look forward to it's return (which probably means it will be cancelled! ) ;D
