This is the first Fantasy Series that was written by David Eddings and his wife Leigh. It has 5 Books in it The Pawn of Prophecy,Queen Of Sorcery,Magician's Gambit,Castle of Wizardy,Enchanters End Game.
Each Book taken by itself is a complete story-But when all of them are read in order, It become's an awesome,Epic Adventure. It all starts in Pawn of Prophecy in which we meet Polgara, her young"nephew"Garion, Her Father Belgarath, and most of the main characters of the Story-you get to see Garion, go from being a young boy to a young Man.
The adventure is continued in Queen of Sorcery, where we meet more of the characters and learn a great deal about Garions family and how they differ from a "normal" family this is also where you meet Ce'Nedra-a young spoiled rotten Princess from the southern country of Nedra. Magician's Gambit is where we get to the heart of the story-alot of the overall action is set in this book, also some surprises await Garion. Castle of wizardy takes the story to a whole new level of interest
when we get to see some of the results of the other three books, and Enchanters End Game brings This adventure to an end. but leaves it wide open enough to go on.This was one of the first Fantasy series' I ever read and I have been reading it over and over for over 20 years now-you would think in that time, that I would have gotten tired of this series but with each reading it just grabs my attention and keeps it until it is over-I find myself laughing in all the same parts, and crying in others, you become a part of the story-just like you are one of the characters, you learn so much about these people that you can't wait to get back to them. The first time you pick it up you will be hooked and then there will be no going back.
